2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 318(4), 319(2), 304(2), 317(2) and 3(5) of BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution is that police had information that certain tempo drivers are cheating the passengers, on this information, police reached near Nandlal Chapra. It is alleged that from possession of petitioner no.1, a mobile, tempo and some cash were recovered and from possession of petitioner no.2, a mobile was recovered.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that there is no any allegation against the petitioners of cheating anybody. Moreover, they are languishing in judicial custody since 06.12.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 903 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each of them with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Patna City, Patna.
