The petitioners seek bail in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 112 of 2019 registered under Sections 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the case is triable by a court of Magistrate, the investigation of the case is complete and chargesheet has already been submitted, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 112 of 2019,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30050 of 2019(2) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 subject to the following conditions:- (a) that the petitioners shall attend court in accordance with the conditions of the bond executed, (b) that the petitioners shall not commit an offence similar to the offence of the present case, and (c) that the petitioners shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer or tamper with the evidence.
