JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-05-2019 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nardiganj P.S. Case No.24 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Petitioners who happens to be the mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased daughter of the informant and allegation of dowry death.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioners and they are living separately and they are in custody for more than three months.

Case No.24 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
