The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No.129 of 2012 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the name of the petitoner transpired in course of investigation in a case registered under Section 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and the police may require his custodial interrogation, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.
