1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bidupur Police Station Case No. 21 of 2024, disclosing offences under Sections 414/420/467/468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, as per the First Information Report, is that the police, on the basis of secret information from other police personnel, seized three stolen trucks from R. K. Garage and arrested co-accused Ranjeet Kumar, who is the son of the petitioner.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that from perusal of the seizure list it appears that three trucks were
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34900 of 2024(2) dt.30-05-2024 2/3 seized from R. K. Garage, owned by the co-accused Ranjeet Kumar. The petitioner is not having any connection/role in the business and/or running of the garage and he has falsely been implicated on the ground that he happens to be the father of the co-accused Ranjeet Kumar.
5. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State argued that the petitioner is the owner of the garage, in question, from where three trucks have been seized.

Regards being had to the submissions made on behalf of the parties and taking into consideration the seizure list from which it appears that the trucks were seized from the garage, being run by co-accused Ranjeet Kumar, who happens to be the son of the petitioner and was arrested by the police, I am inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail.
7. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
8. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
