2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 341, 384, 387, 427, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Petitioner along with other co-accused persons is said to have demanded ransom from the informant for the land purchased and subsequently burnt down JCB and damaged the Hyva working at the fields of the informant.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is not the members of any naxal group and the allegation of extortion by the informant is false as no date and time has been

He submits that the informant want to grab the land of the informant and on protest, false case has been instituted. He further submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail application.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Goraul P.S. Case No. 562 of 2023.
