2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Isuapur P.S. Case No. 326 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assaulted the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 15.01.2025.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances
