JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that only one pistol is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and so far as recovery of the bag containing Datonator is concerned, the same was recovered from lonely place in abandon condition and petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 615 of 2013.
