Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 380 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons entered into the house of the informant and the petitioner assaulted the father of the informant with khanti. The injury on the head of the father of the informant is found simple in nature. There is counter version of the occurrence. The petitioner's wife also received injury.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders before

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32581 of 2014 (2) dt.06-02-2015 the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 116 of 2014, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.

With this observation this application is disposed of.
