Patna High Court CWJC No.10014 of 2015 dt.20-12-2022 2/2 Mishra, learned counsel for the State Bank of India (hereinafter referred to as the "S.B.I.").

2. The short point involved in the case was that the writ petitioner despite having paid for a property brought from the S.B.I. under auction and having paid the amount in the year 2014 had still not got possession of the said property.

3. Today learned counsel for the S.B.I. has produced copy of the possession letter on which the parties have singed in acknowledgment of possession being handed over to the petitioner of the premises concerned.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the possession.

5. Having regard to the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
