The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila P. S. Case No. 70 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 379 and 323 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Considering the nature of allegation and the plea taken that due to matrimonial discord and incompatibility, the instant case has been instituted, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Patna in Mahila P. S. Case No. 70 of 2018,
