2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S. Case No. 67/2023 dated 04.02.2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 353/34 & Sections 21(c), 22 and 23 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Cum Special Judge N.D.P.S. Act, Araria.
3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.
4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order considering this fact that petitioners no.1, 2 & 3 are ladies and there is no incriminating article has been recovered form the conscious possession or from the house of the petitioners.
