It is submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

This petition stands disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to move the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Gurua P. S. Case No. 115/2013 who will pass order in view of the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case of Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar Anr., reported in 2014
