The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., this petitioner caught hold of father of the informant and co-accused Manmendra Kumar assaulted with knife causing three incised injuries.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that this petitioner is own elder brother of father of informant and dispute arose between them over the share of paternal property. Specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Manmendra Kumar. So far as this petitioner is concerned, he is only alleged to have caught the father of informant. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

However, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Kochas P.S. Case No. 61 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
