2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons committed murder of the wife of the informant by fire arms.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. He submits that some unknown persons committed the occurrence and due to previous enmity, the petitioner has been made accused in this case. He further submits that petitioner has criminal antecedent as stated in para-

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail submits that the witnesses in para 4, 5, 27 and 28 of the case diary have supported the prosecution case as stated in the impugned order.
6. Considering the nature of offence, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 83 of 2024.
