2. On 21.09.2017, the Court had directed the present case to be listed after disposal of LPA No. 276 of 2017 on the ground that the petitioner himself had taken the stand that the issues awaiting adjudication in the case before the Division Bench in LPA No. 276 of 2017 were identical.

3. LPA No. 276 of 2017 had been filed by Chandra Bhushan Mishir @ Chandra Bhushan Mishr, as he was claiming the same relief, which was dismissed by the learned Single

Patna High Court CWJC No.9577 of 2015 dt.27-09-2018 2/2 Bench. However, by order dated 25.04.2018, LPA No. 276 of 2017 was dismissed.

4. In view thereof, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the same also stands dismissed.
