JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 Earlier petitioners were granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 7.8.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 45753 of 2018 and they have appeared and submitted bail bonds of petitioners and bail bonds of petitioner Nos. 2,3 and 5 have been accepted by taking their affidavits to the effect that order should be corrected by this Court within two months as in their names alias names have not been mentioned.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as name of petitioner No.2 is Punpun Singh @ Tuntun Singh @ Rakesh Kumar Singh, name of petitioner No.3 is Bittu Singh @
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72910 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 Ravi Ranjan and name of petitioner No.5 is Vikash Singh @ Bikash Kumar Singh, son of Tunna Singh @ Om Prakash Singh according to their Aadhar cards and as such this modification application has been filed.
Heard learned APP also.
Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, the order dated 7.8.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 45753 of 2018 stands modified to the extent that names of petitioners 2, 3 and 5 should correctly be read as Punpun Singh @ Tuntun Singh @ Rakeswh Kumar Singh, Bittu Singh @ Ravi Ranjan and Vikash Singh @ Bikash Kumar Singh, son of Tunna Singh @ Om Prakash Singh.
Accordingly, this modification application is allowed. Let this order be communicated to the court concerned forthwith.
