This application for grant of regular bail in connection with Special Case No. 3213 of 2023 (arising out of Excise Police Station Case No. 550 of 2023) registered for the offence under Section 30(a) and 56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016 & 2022.

About 80 litres of illicit Chuali liquor has been recovered from Motorcycle. The petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
