2. The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 03.01.2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna in G.R. No. 7567 of 2016, Tr. No. 5862 of 2017, arising out of Kankerbagh P.S. Case No. 704 of 2016 whereby cognizance was taken against the petitioners for the offences under Sections 498(A)/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 3⁄4 of D.P. Act.

3. As per the report of the Court concerned, vide letter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68684 of 2018(3) dt.14-05-2026 2/2 no. 46 dated 28.04.2026, it is informed that Kankerbagh P.S. Case No. 704 of 2016 has already been disposed of on 21.05.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case has become infructuous, accordingly, the same may be disposed of.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioners.

6. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the parties, the present case is disposed of having become infructuous.
