The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing of the order dated 07.11.2012, passed by Smt. Rashmi Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in Complaint Case No. 2330 (C) of 2012 whereby and whereunder process was issued against the petitioners.

After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present application with liberty to raise their defence at the time of framing of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6564 of 2015(8) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 charge.

Permission is accorded.

The present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
