2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the Complaint Case No.743 of 2018 under Sections 379, 498A, 323 and 504 of I.P.C. and Section 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. As per the report submitted by the learned Trial Court, the petitioner has already been discharged vide order dated 06.04.2024 and the matter has already been compromised between the parties.
4. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
