Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kursakanta P.S.Case No.137/2011 dated 6.11.2011 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is that they have taken away harvested paddy crops from the Government land.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner, though several persons, including the petitioner are named in the FIR.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.32014 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Araria in connection with Kursakanta P.S.Case No.137 of 2011, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
