2. The petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 01.03.2025 in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 349 of 2023, F.I.R. dated 30.06.2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with a liberty to file a fresh application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
