The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that minor daughter of the informant has been abducted by all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The victim in her 164 Cr.P.C statement has recorded her age as 16 years and stated that she of her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32371 of 2022(2) dt.16-09-2022 2/2 own sweet-will left her house and went along with coaccused Kundan Kumar to Punjab where she solemnized marriage with him. She has not alleged any complicity of the petitioner in her elopement.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 91 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
