The petitioner has filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 25.04.2023, whereby in the cause title of the petition, the name of petitioner no. 2 is wrongly mentioned as "Rajeev Thakur" instead of "Rajveer Thakur @ Rajeev Thakur".

Accordingly, the order dated 25.04.2023 is modified to the extent that name of petitioner no. 2 shall be read as "Rajveer Thakur @ Rajeev Thakur" in place of "Rajeev Thakur" in cause title of the order.

In view of the submission above, this application is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33365 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 allowed. The order dated 25.4.2023 is modified to the above extent and the petitioner shall surrender before learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-V, Khagaria in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case No. 70 of 2021, within a period of further four weeks from today.

The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
