JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2020 Perused the letter of learned Trial Court, from which, it appears that only one witness has been examined in this case, though, there was direction vide order dated 19.06.2019 to conclude the trial within a period of six months and there is no change since the last report submitted by the Trial Court on 16.05.2019. However, further six months time is allowed to learned Trial Court to take necessary steps for conclusion of trial. At the same time, Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is also directed to ensure the presence of the witnesses in the trial court on the date fixed.
