This Revision Application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner against the order dated 23.07.2015 passed in Complaint Case No. C1-1521 of 2014, Trial No. 3643 of 2015, whereby and whereunder, the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, summoned to Hasiv Raja and Abdul Halim, husband and father-in-law of complainant-petitioner, finding prima facie case under Sections 498A and 312 of the Indian Penal Code

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.768 of 2015 dt.16-08-2019 2/2 out of five persons shown in accused column in complaint petition on inquiry under Section 202 of the Cr.P.C.

3. On going through the impugned order and the case record, I find no ground to entertain the present Criminal Revision and, accordingly, the same is dismissed.
