The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a)/56(b) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

3000 liters of illicit spirit has been recovered from a truck, of which, petitioner is registered owner. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that without consent or knowledge of petitioner, his truck in question was being used for transportation of illicit spirit. Petitioner has got no concern with the seized liquor.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that huge quantity of

Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
