Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.06.2014 in a case registered under section 307 of the IPC and 27 of the Arms Act. Admittedly, informant did not sustain any injury and prior to the institution of the present case, informant had lodged other case against the petitioner and there was previous enmity between the petitioner and informant.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case no. 462/2014. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
