2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that this petitioner alongwith four unknown persons committed theft of informant's truck, which was later on recovered in front of the house of the petitioner.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to money dispute between the parties, this false and concocted case has been lodged. As a matter of fact, the informant took paddy crops of 20 quintals from this petitioner and undertook to return money within four months. When the petitioner demanded his money of paddy crops, the informant himself gave the truck to keep it safely till the return of money of paddy crops. The truck in question has already been recovered. Petitioner has got clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Banka / concerned court in connection with Panjawara P.S.
