2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief(s) :

(i) A writ in the nature of mandamus certiorari be issued to quash the selection for appointment of regular outlets dealership of the local described at Serial No. 184 in the notice issued by the respondents. (ii) A further writ/order or direction be issued to the Respondents commanding them to act according to the guideline prescribed in regard to the selection of dealers for regular/rural re tail outlets with reference to the location as prescribed at Sl. No. 184 in the notice.

(iii) A further direction be made to the respondents authorities as to after excluding the application of the selected applicant the application of petitioner and others be processed under Group-1 in compliance of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8096 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 2/3 the guidelines annexed as Annexure-P-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that though the petitioner made a suitable representation (Annexure P/4 series) before the authorities, the authorities till date have not passed any order nor rectified the violations pointed out by the petitioner. Learned counsel therefore seeks a direction from this Hon'ble Court to direct the Respondent No. 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner and take necessary remedial steps.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh detailed representation along with the necessary documents and the same will be considered along with the representation made by the petitioner on 22.02.2024 and necessary orders will be passed in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the above made submissions the present Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to give a fresh representation along with the necessary documents to Respondent No. 2 within a period of four weeks from today. On receipt of the same the Respondent No. 2 shall consider the said representation along with the representation already made on 22.02.2024 as expeditiously as possible within a period of

Patna High Court CWJC No.8096 of 2024(2) dt.09-09-2024 3/3 eight weeks thereafter. It is needless to mention that before passing any orders, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
