Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Dilip Kumar learned counsel appearing for the informant as well as learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioner is accused in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020, registered under Sections 365, 366, 366(A), 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. No.33067 of 2020(2) dt.16-12-2020 2/3 Shailesh Kumar, was performed with Mamta in the year 2012, D/O Bihari Patel, R/O village Masaurhidih and due to wedlock, one child was born, who is aged about seven years. On 30.11.2019, Mamta, wife of informant left the house but in course of search, informant came to know that Sugan Kumar who is brother in relation, enticed away his wife, Mamta. On 15.01.2020, when the informant, Shailesh Kumar talked with the petitioner then he gave threatening of dire consequences. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case mere on suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 16.03.2020. Further submission is that it would appear from the FIR that while the informant was said to be abused on phone by the petitioner on 15.01.2020 but the present case has been lodged on 01.02.2020 after 15 days.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi at Patna, in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020. Out of two
