The petitioner has been arrested in Shahpur (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2013 registered under Sections 307/34 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is allegation of firing causing injury on the chest of the informant. However, injury is simple in nature. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant have not supported the prosecution case with regard to firing. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to the released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Shahpur (Bahoranpur) P.S. Case No. 200 of 2013.
