JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 The present writ application has been filed for review of the part order dated 03.07.2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 8483 of 2010. The ground for review is that subsequently on 26.3.2011 in LPA No. 1818 of 2010 and in SLP No. 19539 of 2012 dated 5.11.2012 certain relief was granted. It is now well settled that subsequent decision of the superior court is not a ground for review.

In view of the above, the prayer made for review of

Patna High Court C. REV. No.436 of 2016(3) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 the order dated 3.7.2010 does not merit any consideration and it is dismissed accordingly.
