2. The petitioner makes a prayer for bail in connection with Baligaon P.S Case No. 159 of 2024 registered for offences under Sections, 310 (2) and 317 (3) of the B.N.S.
3. The allegation in the First Information Report is that an amount of Rs. 4,14,000/- was looted from the dickey of motorcycle of the informant by three unknown miscreants on 19.11.2024.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the First Information Report is against unknown and the name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of the coaccused persons. It has also been submitted that some part of the looted money has been recovered but the said recovery has

There is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner and no Test Identification Parade has been held to prove the identity of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2025 and the charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.
5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the period of custody and that charges have already been framed, the petitioner is enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount, each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Baligaon P.S Case No. 159 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation/trial.
