Petitioners are an accused in connection with Sourbazar P.S. Case no. 81 of 2020 for the offence registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 397, 354, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code latter on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further submitted that the nature of injury is simple
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31036 of 2020(3) dt.10-03-2021 2/2 in nature, as contained in Annexure-3 to the application. Petitioners are in custody since 18.02.2020.
Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Sourbazar P.S. Case No. 81 of 2020.
