The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324, 379, 452, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was sitting at his door, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner, variously armed, came there and started abusing him and on protest, he was assaulted by the accused persons. This petitioner is alleged to have given Farsa blow on the hand to informant causing cut injury on his index finger.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that present case is counter blast of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 313 of 2020, lodged by the brother of petitioner against informant and others. Both parties are agnates. Injury caused by this petitioner is simple in

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Motihari P.S.
