The present application has been filed to initiate a proceeding under the Contempt of Court Act, against the opposite parties for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 01-02-2024 passed in CWJC No. 14017/ 2023 by this Court by which the aforesaid writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram to consider the application/ representation of the petitioner for
Patna High Court MJC No.1550 of 2024(3) dt.22-11-2024 2/2 grant of license and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.
3. The petitioner is permitted to challenge the order passed by this Court in writ jurisdiction.
