Although a prayer for adjournment is being made but it is refused and the reason is because no relief can be granted to the petitioner as prayed in this writ petition as even after seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus as against the District Magistrate, Patna, the petitioner has failed to draw his attention towards the alleged irregularity levelled against the respondent no. 5.

In such view of the matter and for the present, we

Patna High Court CWJC No.10670 of 2019(2) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 dispose of the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the District Magistrate, Patna and it goes without saying that any such complaint made would be enquired and disposed of by the District Magistrate, Patna in accordance with law.

With the observations and directions above, we dispose of the writ petition.
