JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 24-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged against the petitioner that on promise to provide job of Data Entry Operator, he took Rs. 1,60,000/- from the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no documentary

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33004 of 2022(7) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 proof with regard to receiving any payment by the petitioner to the informant or any of his friends. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 25.03.2022. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 232 of 2022.
