Following relief has been sought for in the present application on behalf of the petitioner:
'That by the present writ application the petitioner challenges the validity, legality and propriety of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.11297 of 2016(3) dt.12-07-2018 2/2 order passed in Appeal case no. JD-61/15, 62/15, 63/15, 64/15 and 66/15 vide order dt. 31.05.2016 issued under the signature of respondent no. 4, Sri R.K. Chaubey, Presiding Officer, (Judicial), District Teacher Appellate Authority, Vaishali, (Education Department), by which the transfer order of respondents nos. 10 to 14 by Executive officer cum Block Development Officer, Jandaha dt. 17/08/15 has been set aside in a malafide manner, acting mechanically on rule provided in act and without considering the administrative necessity in interest of education of children who were deprived by their fundamental right of education."
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to prefer a statutory appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of by the State Appellate Authority within the statutory period in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
