Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No.14 of 2019, registered under Sections 341, 506, 323, 379, 447, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that the petitioner had borrowed Rs.10,000/- from her husband but whenever her husband asked the petitioner to repay the amount, the petitioner and others threatened the informant and her husband. She further alleged that the petitioner and others came, assaulted the informant with different articles.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the allegations are false and concocted. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the case. There is no allegation of theft against the petitioner. Kundan Kumar and others have already
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30273 of 2019(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 been granted anticipatory bail. The informant did not receive any injury.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner, let petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.
