Petitioner seeks bail in Itarhi P.S. Case No.34 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 394 Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The police arrested the petitioner and thereafter recorded his confessional statement. Petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31365 of 2019(2) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 2nd, Buxar, in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No.34 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
