2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 12 of 2024 arising out of Sitamarhi Mahila P.S. Case No. 25 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 120B, 504, 506, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 66, 67 and 68 of the I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have cheated the victim by not disclosing his identity and have established physical relationship with her on the pretext of marriage. The petitioner has also made viral the video of intimate moments with the victim.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 7.10.2023.

5. Considering the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
