JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2023 Though the present review petition has been filed for review of the order dated 22.5.2017, passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 11094 of 2015, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna i.e. the Respondent No. 2, for redressal of his grievances regarding nonpayment of the gratuity amount, arrears of salary, upon regularization of the period of leave, and the benefits of ACP /
Patna High Court C. REV. No.304 of 2017(4) dt.14-12-2023 2/2 MACP scheme. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Principal Secretary, Health Department, Government of Bihar, Patna, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

Accordingly, the review petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
