The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.295 of 2018 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner is said to have fled away after throwing small quantity of country made liquor.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. A small quantity of country made liquor was recovered from outside of the house of the petitioner. Having considered the facts and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is a lady, the above named petitioner, in the event of

No.31655 of 2019(2) dt.13-05-2019 2/2 her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II (Special Judge Excise), Siwan in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No.295 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
