This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Deodha Police Station Case No. 30 of 2023 (G.R. No. 517 of 2023) registered for the offence under Sections 272 & 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

About 90 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2023 and he has clean antecedent. Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
