2. This contempt application has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 08.07.2015 passed in CWJC No. 9844 of 2015 whereby, the order dated 16.06.2015 (Annexure-5 to that writ petition) was set aside and quashed, insofar it related to the black listing of the petitioner's firm.

3. There is nothing on the record to show that the petitioner's firm has been black listed by the authority concerned after the order dated 08.07.2015 passed in CWJC No. 9844 of 2015.

4. In that view of the matter, this contempt petition shall stands closed and disposed off.
