Mr. Sri Damodar Prasad Tiwary ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.
Petitioner apprehends arrest in Maharajganj Police Station Case No 107 of 2017 dated 04.06.2017 registered under Sections 285, 302/34 of Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegations are general and omnibus and there is no eye witness to the occurrence.
This Court would find that there is direct allegation against the instant petitioner, who happens to be Gotni (sister-inlaw) of the victim of sprinkling kerosene oil on her and setting ablaze the victim.
Considering the nature of allegation, this Court is not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65549 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. The same is rejected.
