Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30,30(a),38(i)(ii),41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Liquor was recovered from the field side and it is alleged that the same was of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 04.06.2020.

Though in this case, there is no direct material against the petitioner, however, the petitioner has got a long list of criminal cases against him.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of the charges so that the trial may not hamper on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like

No.31204 of 2020(3) dt.19-01-2021 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Nanpur Police Station Case No.29 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
